The TPG Guide, in plain English

What the new system does, and the few decisions we need from you.

What is this?

We have two big instruction manuals. Nobody has time to read them while managing dozens of sales reps. So we are turning them into a helper that reads the manuals for you and tells you, in plain words, when something needs your attention.

πŸ“–

It stays a manual

Your team can still read it and learn the reasoning behind everything. Nothing is lost.

πŸ””

It also becomes a helper

The computer quietly watches each project and emails you when there is a problem worth fixing.

The important part: the helper never makes decisions for you. It just points and says: "Here is a problem, here is why, here is what to do." Then it asks "Did you do it? Yes or No." You stay in charge. It only saves you time.

Why we are bothering

Each manager looks after 25 to 30 sales reps across as many as 9 projects. There is no way to check every one by hand every day, so problems slip through. The helper checks all of them, every day, and only speaks up when it matters.

Where you come in

The two manuals sometimes disagree with each other on the exact numbers (for example, what counts as a "good" result). The computer cannot use two different answers. We need a person to settle those few disagreements. That is the "Questions For You" section. There are only 5, and your answers are saved for good.

How it works

Think of it like a smoke alarm for your projects. It watches quietly in the background, and only speaks up when there is real smoke. Here is the whole journey, from the two manuals all the way to your inbox.

Questions for you

The two manuals disagree on these 5 numbers. The computer can only use one answer for each. Please type your decision and press Save. Your answers are stored permanently β€” they will still be here next time, and the team can read them.

⚠ Could not reach the server to load saved answers. You can still type, but please check your internet before saving.
